Photon is a little menu bar app that keeps an eye on your Micro.blog mentions. The icon fills in when someone mentions you, and a click opens a panel with your latest mentions, new ones on top. Click one to open the conversation in your browser.
That's all it does. There's no timeline, no replies, and no composer. You get a notification for each new mention, or one summary when several arrive at once. Mark All Read clears the lot when you've caught up, and there are keyboard shortcuts if you'd rather not reach for the mouse.
